S.N. Girls B.Ed. College

Udaipurwati is a town with a lot of character, and our college is right near the Nansa Gate. It’s a part of the S.N. Girls P.G. College campus. We focus on training future teachers, so it’s mostly young women here who are working towards their B.Ed. degrees. The building is functional and a bit older, with wide corridors and high ceilings that help with the Rajasthan heat. During the day, you’ll hear the sound of lectures and the occasional group discussion coming from the classrooms. We have a small library where students spend a lot of their time hunched over books. The atmosphere is quite serious because everyone is focused on their exams and practical training. We don't have a lot of extra luxuries, just the basics like desks, chairs, and blackboards. The staff room is a busy place where we plan our schedules and talk about the curriculum. We see the students growing in confidence as they go through their courses. The local area around Nansa Gate is busy with small shops and people going about their business. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, but we’re used to it. It’s a practical place for practical learning. We don't put on a show; we just try to make sure our students are ready to go out and teach in schools themselves. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work that happens here every day in Jhunjhunu. The girls work hard, and we do our part to keep the college running smoothly.
