Seth Moti Lal Pg College

Let's talk about the college in Jhunjhunun. It's been sitting here near the Rani Sati Mandir for quite a while now. If you walk past the temple, you can’t really miss the gates. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we know the area pretty well. It gets quite hot in Rajasthan during the summer months, but the classrooms are okay enough for the students to sit and get their work done. We see students coming in from all the nearby villages early in the morning, some on cycles and others taking the bus. The building itself is just a regular old structure, nothing too fancy to look at, but it does the job. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street outside, but once you get inside the main courtyard, it quietens down a bit. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork or watching the kids head to their lectures. It's a simple life here in this part of town. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait for it to come back while sitting in the shade. People around here know us as the local PG college, and we’re just a part of the neighborhood now. There isn't much more to it than that. We just open the gates every morning and stay until the sun starts to go down. The temple bells can be heard sometimes.
