The office is over at C-123 in Basant Vihar, and it is a pretty quiet street most days. We deal with hospitality stuff, which basically means a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure things are running okay. Being in Basant Vihar is nice because the surroundings are mostly residential and it doesn’t feel as cramped as the main city markets. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years, so we know how each other takes their coffee. It is not some high-rise corporate tower; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get things sorted. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams right when you need it, which is annoying but that is just how offices are. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches. We just look at the bookings, talk to the vendors, and try to keep our clients happy. It gets busy during certain seasons, and then we are all running around a bit more than usual. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about what's going on in the neighborhood or complaining about the weather. We like it this way. It feels more like a small community than a big company. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working out of a standard building, trying to keep the business side of hospitality moving forward without too much fuss.
