Uday Vision Electric & Mobile

The shop is on the first floor of the Ujala Complex. It is right near the Purnima Talkies cinema hall, so there is always noise from the Ranchi-Patna Road outside. We’ve been fixing mobiles and dealing with electric items here for quite some time. It is a small space but we packed it with all kinds of wires, screens, and parts because you never know what someone will bring in. Some days it is just screen repairs, and other days we are looking at bigger electrical problems that take more time. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to work with our hands. People drop by after seeing a movie or while they are traveling along the main road. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep, but once you get inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We keep the radio on most of the time to drown out the traffic. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the complex. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop front where people come when their phone stops working or they need a new charger. It’s a simple life running a business like this. We just try to fix what is broken and keep things moving. There is always a pile of old parts in the corner that we need to clear out.
