R.K. Id Solutions

We have been running R.K. Id Solutions for a while now here in Jhumri Tilaiya. Our shop is right on the Main Road, N.H.- 31, very close to the Post Office. Most people around the district know this spot because it's easy to find. We mostly deal with making identity cards and other small technical jobs that people in Koderma need. It gets busy during the day because of the traffic on the highway. Sometimes the internet is slow or things get a bit messy with paperwork, but we stay open and try to get the jobs done. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a big fancy office, just a counter and some machines. People stop by when they are heading to work or the post office. We’ve seen the road change over the years. We started small and stayed here because it’s a good location for locals to reach us without traveling too far. Most days are about managing orders and talking to the people who walk in. If you live around here, you probably passed by us already. We don’t do much advertising, word of mouth usually keeps us going. It's a simple operation really. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to complicate things for the customers who need their ID work finished on time. That's pretty much what we do every day from morning to evening.
