Ms Agro Pvt. Ltd. is out in Village Gopinathpur. It’s a different world compared to the city. We’re in the Paschim Medinipur district, near the Andharaia post office. The air is a bit clearer out here, though it gets dusty during the harvest. Our place isn't big, just a functional building where we manage the agro work. We don't have fancy computers or a sleek office. Most of the time, we’re out dealing with the actual land or talking to the locals. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the equipment is running. We follow the seasons more than the clock. The roads around Gopinathpur can get a bit rough after the monsoon, so getting things in and out takes a little longer than we’d like. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. There’s no marketing team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We eat lunch together and talk about the weather or the crops. It’s honest work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy.
