Nilkantho Agro Product Private Limited is located over in Jharboni. We mostly operate out of Dilip Pratihar’s place in the Fatesinger area. It’s a small, local setup where we handle various agro products. We aren't some huge company with warehouses all over the state. We focus on what’s happening right here in our own backyard. Jharboni is a quiet place where most people know each other, and our business reflects that. We work closely with the farmers nearby to move their products. The workspace is simple and practical, filled with the tools and supplies we need for the day-to-day. We don't spend money on advertising because most people find us through word of mouth. Dilip is usually around to handle things, whether it's talking to a supplier or checking on a shipment. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished way of speaking. We just tell it like it is. If the harvest is good, we are happy; if the rain ruins the crop, we deal with it together. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of the seasons. We take things as they come and try to be honest in all our dealings. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the business running smoothly so we can support our families and the local farmers who depend on us for a fair deal.
