Alc Greens Private Limited

We are located over in Jhargram, specifically at Sujit Kumar Khatua’s place in Jharia. It is a quiet area in Midnapore where things move a bit slower than the big cities. Alc Greens Private Limited is basically just us working with plants and greenery every day. Most mornings start early because the heat in West Bengal can get pretty bad by noon. We spend a lot of time checking on the crops and making sure the soil is okay. It’s not fancy work. Our boots usually have mud on them and the office is just a simple room where we keep our records and tools. People around here know Sujit, and he’s usually the one you’ll see if you stop by. We have been in this spot for a while now. The weather really dictates what we do. If it rains too much, we are stuck inside fixing equipment or planning for the next month. If it’s dry, we are out there watering everything. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the land. We handle the daily tasks ourselves without much fuss. It gets dusty on the roads around Jharia, but once you get to the greens, it feels a lot better. That is pretty much how it goes for us here in Jhargram.
