Our place is at 1612/6BC in Pitambra Nagar, which is just outside the Datiya Gate in Nalekabagh, Jhansi. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address when people ask, but it’s easy to find once you are near the old gate. Rudrastars Skill and Solutions is what we are called. We do a mix of things, mostly focusing on skills and different solutions for people who need them for their jobs. We aren't some high-tech firm in a glass tower with elevators. We are just in a normal building in a busy part of Jhansi. The 284002 area is quite active and loud. There’s always noise from the street and people moving around outside. We like being in the middle of it all. Our office is practical and nothing more. We have some computers and some space for meetings when people come by. It isn't very fancy, and the paint might be peeling in a couple of corners, but it works for us. We started this because we thought we could help locals get better at certain skills they might need. We don't have any big corporate goals or five-year plans. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs doing. The team is small, and we all do a bit of everything. From answering the door to working on the projects, we all chip in. It’s just how we do things here in Nalekabagh.
