I am Uday Narayan Modi and I operate out of 994/1 Civil Lines in Jhansi. The pin code here is 284001. My office is a small, functional space where I spend most of my time. I’ve been based in the Civil Lines area for a long time and I’ve seen it change quite a bit over the years. Even so, my office stays pretty much the same. It’s not the kind of place that would impress a corporate executive, but it’s perfect for the way I work. I have a lot of books and files around because there is always something to look up or check. Jhansi is my home and I like the people here. I don't really use a lot of fancy language when I talk about my business. I just do what I do and let the results speak for themselves. People in town know me and they know where to find me at 994/1. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which allows me to get things done without too many distractions. I handle my own schedule and I like the independence of it. I try to be available whenever someone needs my help. It’s a simple, straightforward life and I’m quite satisfied with it. Civil Lines is a good place to be if you want to be near the action but still have a bit of peace. I don't need much more than my desk and some good light to work every day.
