We’re currently working out near Jhansi, specifically along the Shivpuri Road at Pali Pahari. Our spot is at Km-91 of NH-25, near Deli Gaon. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s where the work is for Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd right now. We have people like Yuvraj Kumar handling the software side of things to keep our operations running. Being out here on the highway means we see a lot of trucks passing by all day. It’s a different vibe from an office in the city. We have a temporary setup that serves as our base of operations. It’s mostly desks, laptops, and a lot of dust from the road. We spend our time managing the technical aspects of the projects happening in this stretch of Uttar Pradesh. The weather can be pretty harsh, either very hot or quite cold at night, but we just get on with it. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually eat whatever we’ve brought from home or get something from a local dhaba. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just a team of engineers and tech staff making sure the structural parts of the job are handled correctly. It’s practical, gritty work that keeps us on our toes every single day. We stay focused on the blueprints.
