This part of the company is located out on the Shivpuri Road in Jhansi. We are specifically at Km 91 on NH 25, near the Pali Pahari and Deli Gaon area. It is quite a bit different from our other offices in the bigger cities. Here at M/S Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd, we have Yuvraj Kumar working as a software engineer. Most people think of us only for heavy engineering and road construction, but we have technical needs that require software support too. The site is a bit out of the way, surrounded by more open space than what you'd find in a crowded metro area. Working on a highway project means you get used to the sound of heavy trucks passing by all day long. It’s quite hot here in the summers, a really dry heat that makes the afternoons slow down a bit. We keep things pretty simple in the office. It’s a functional space for work. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It's mostly about the work on the highway and the software that keeps things running behind the scenes. We've been at this Jhansi location for some time now. You see a lot of local faces from the nearby villages. The commute is straightforward since it's right on the national highway. It feels a bit more like a field office, which suits the type of work we are doing.
