You can find us at the Purani Sabzi Mandi in Barua Sagar. We are right near the Nagar Palika building, so it’s a very central spot in the old part of town. This area is always moving. There are people selling vegetables, rickshaws going by, and a lot of noise from the market. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building feels like it’s seen a lot of history. It’s not a modern office with air conditioning and quiet halls. It’s a busy, dusty place where we handle our business every day. Most of our work involves talking to people who come into the market. We deal with a lot of locals and traders who have been coming to Barua Sagar for years. The desks are old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry much about that. We focus on getting things bought and sold and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a very traditional way of doing things. We know our neighbors and the other shopkeepers in the Mandi. There’s a certain rhythm to life here, starting early in the morning when the market opens. We don't need fancy titles or a big mission statement. We just do our part in the local market and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
