Fry Center

We are located on Sipri Road in the Civil Lines area of Jhansi. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Axis Bank, so that’s the easiest way to find where we are. It’s a pretty busy road, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Running a fry center means we spend a lot of our time near the heat. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen area, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy dining room with soft chairs. It’s more of a practical place where people come for a quick bite. We start our prep work in the afternoon so we’re ready when the crowds start coming in later. Sometimes the supply of oil or ingredients is a bit late, and we have to scramble to get things ready on time. We don’t use any corporate language or have a big team of people. It’s just us working the stoves and taking orders. The floor can get a bit oily despite us cleaning it all the time, but that’s what happens when you’re frying things all day. We like the noise of the street and the people stopping by to chat while they wait. It’s a simple business, and we just take it one day at a time. Jhansi is a good place to be, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood. We stay open late most nights until the street goes quiet.
