We have been here at Badha Bazaar for a long time now. If you know where the post office is, you have probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. The shop is always a bit crowded with boxes and packets. It gets dusty because of the road, but that is just how it is around here. We start early in the morning when the trucks come in to drop off the new stock. It is mostly just a few of us moving things around and making sure the counts are right. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. There is just a small desk where we keep the ledger and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a few cups while we talk to the delivery drivers. Most of the people who come by are regular faces we have known for years. We just try to keep things moving. The bazaar gets really loud in the afternoon, especially near the post office gate. We spend a lot of time checking lists and stacking crates in the back. It isn't very exciting work, but it needs to get done so the local shops get what they need. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the main rush of the bazaar starts to thin out. It's a simple way to spend the day and we like being part of the noise here.
