Cautela Automation Security Systems

Our place is situated in Civil Lines. It’s a much quieter part of town compared to the main markets and the city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We deal with security systems and all kinds of automation stuff. Usually, that means cameras, electronic locks, or different types of sensors for homes and offices. Most of our actual work happens out at the customer's site, so our office here is mainly used for storing tools and all the gear we need to install. It’s definitely not a big fancy showroom with bright lights. If you come by to visit, you’ll probably see boxes of tangled wires and different electronic gadgets sitting around on the workbenches. We started doing this work because we always understood the technical side of things and liked fixing things. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of our time driving our old van around from one job site to the next. Civil Lines is a good base for us because it’s quite easy to get to the different parts of the city from here without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes the jobs we get are very quick, but other times we are scratching our heads over a difficult wiring problem for hours. We don’t use a lot of big technical words to explain what we do. We just fix the things that need fixing and set up the systems so they work. It’s honest work that keeps us busy every day. The coffee shop down the street is where we end up.
