The office is located at 240/1C in Rai Colony, which is inside the Civil Lines area of Jhansi. If you know Jhansi, you know Civil Lines is one of those places where things are a bit more spread out compared to the main market. We mostly stay busy with the training and management sessions we run here. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything, just a practical building in a quiet colony. We have some tables and chairs set up for the students and the professionals who come through the door. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone shows up at the same time. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be a bit much in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. We started this because there was a need for a place where people could learn some management skills without having to travel all the way to a bigger city like Delhi or Lucknow. It’s a local operation. We know the neighbors, and the tea stall down the road knows us. We spend our afternoons going over training materials or fixing the projector when it decides to stop working. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few posters about the classes. People come here to get their work done and then they go home. That is pretty much the daily life for us in Rai Colony.
