We are Kariladham Agro Producer Company Limited. We set up our small office over at Rajesh Kumar Jain’s place in Ward No. 03. If you know Lakecity Colony, you know it’s a pretty quiet area most of the time. We started this because local farming needed some better coordination among us. It’s mostly just a few of us working through the paperwork and talking to people who come in from the fields. It’s not a big fancy building with a lobby, just a practical room where we get things done every day. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, but we just keep at it. Most of the day is spent handling the agro side of things for the folks around here. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with shiny signs. We just want to make sure the work gets handled right from our spot in the colony. Most people around here know Rajesh, so finding the office isn't too hard if you're looking for it. We usually sit around the main table and figure out the logistics for the coming season. It gets really busy during the harvest times, which is expected. There is always some tea on the table and folders piled up high. That is just how we like to work. We focus on what needs doing today and don't worry about the rest. The neighbors are used to us coming and going at all hours. It is just a local effort to keep the producer side of things moving along for everyone.
