Wheels India Ltd

Our site is in V. P. O. Khanpur Khurd, which is in the Jhajjar district. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the bigger cities, but that’s where the work is. We are part of the Wheels India setup here. The surroundings are quite rural, with fields not too far from the factory gates. Every morning, the workers arrive from the local villages. It’s a quiet area until the machines start up. We handle various tasks related to the manufacturing process. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a good group of people here. The office part is just a few desks with some old computers and a lot of logbooks. We don't get many visitors all the way out here in Khanpur Khurd. Mostly it's just delivery trucks and supply vans. We have a small area where we take our tea breaks. The water here is a bit hard, and the summers are very dry. We try to keep the place organized, but in a factory, things always get a bit dirty. We follow the schedules sent from the main office. There isn't much to do around here once the shift ends, so most people head straight home. It’s a simple life of working hard and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. We’ve been operating in this district for a while now and everyone knows the plant. The work is steady and the community here is quite close-knit.
