B. S. Shakti Steel Pvt. Ltd. is located out at the 5 K.M. Stone on the Sampla-Beri Road. It’s in Village Ismaila near the Kultana post office in the Rohtak district. Being out here means we have a lot of open space, but it’s also quite a trek from the main town center. The site is mostly dedicated to steel storage and processing, with big open areas for the long trucks to turn around and park. It can get very windy out on the open road, blowing dust and dirt across the yard where the heavy steel is stacked in high piles. We have a small team here, and everyone knows each other by name. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and keeping careful track of the different grades of steel we have on hand at any time. It’s a very rural setting, so you can see green fields surrounding the industrial plot, which is a bit of a contrast to the metal inside. The buildings are functional and a bit weathered from the sun and rain, but they do the job. We spend our days checking manifests, loading up trailers, and making sure the inventory stays organized for the next day's orders. It’s a quiet life out here compared to the city, but the work itself is constant and physically demanding for everyone involved. We don't have many visitors, mostly just the drivers who come to drop off or pick up loads.
