If you head out toward Jhanswa Village in Matannail Tehsil, you will find us. We are right near the Shiv Mandir, which is the easiest way to tell people how to get here. This branch of Visaka Industries Ltd. is a large site. We have a lot of space out here, which is necessary for the manufacturing and storage we do. The temple bells are a nice sound to hear during the day while we are working. It is a rural area, so most of the staff lives nearby in the village. We have got the machinery running most of the time. It gets loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of roofing materials and pipes here. The yard is often full of stacks of finished goods ready to be loaded onto the long-haul trucks. Rain can make the ground a bit muddy around the gates, so we are always shoveling gravel to keep it flat for the vehicles. It is a practical environment. No one wears a suit here. We wear boots and work clothes because there is a lot of dust and heavy lifting. We do not have a fancy lunchroom, just a spot under the trees where we sit when the sun is too hot. It is hard work, but it is honest. We just keep the production moving and make sure the orders are correct before they leave.
