The facility is located right on the main road in Village Jhajjar, not too far from the petrol pump. It’s a big site, and you can’t really miss it if you’re driving through the Teh. Mata Nahi area. Working here means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of movement. There are trucks constantly pulling in and out, bringing in raw materials or taking out the finished goods. The heat can get pretty intense out on the asphalt, especially during the peak of summer. We spend a lot of time walking across the yard, checking on things and making sure the operations are moving along like they should. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean for long. Most of the guys here are from the nearby villages, so there’s a lot of familiar faces around the place. We have our lunch together under the shade when we can find it. The main road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background that never really stops. We deal with the usual problems like equipment breaking down or shipments being late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical environment where people just want to get their shift finished and head home. The office part is a bit quieter, but the real work happens out where the materials are handled. It's a massive operation but it feels local because of the people.
