JSSI Hydraulics Pvt.Ltd. is located at Plot No.39 in Sec-4B of the Hsiidc Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial plot in a big estate. You see a lot of similar buildings around here, all doing different kinds of manufacturing or repair work. Our place is mostly a large workshop area with some space for the office stuff. It’s usually pretty greasy and loud because of the nature of the work we do. We’ve got machines running and people moving parts around most of the day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with whatever job came in that morning. The industrial estate is a bit out of the way, so it’s a lot of driving back and forth for us. We’ve been here at Plot 39 for a while now. The days are long, and the work is physical. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. Just some calendars on the wall and the tools we need. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure everything is put back where it belongs. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things efficient without making a big fuss about it. That's our daily life here.
