Jai Balaji Refractories

If you head over to Plot No-173 near the Sihi Gate Market in Rajwara, you’ll find Jai Balaji Refractories. It’s right in the middle of a busy market area, so there’s always something happening outside our door. The noise of the market is constant, from the shouting of vendors to the honking of bikes. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but with refractory materials, things always end up a bit gritty. We have a small yard where we keep the stock, and the office is just a couple of rooms attached to it. It gets really hot during the summer months, and we mostly rely on a few ceiling fans to keep us going. We don’t have a slick corporate image. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about high-heat bricks and materials. We spend our days checking orders and making sure the loaders are careful with the stock. It’s a tight-knit team, and we usually know what the other person is thinking before they say it. Being near Sihi Gate Market means we’re never far from a good snack or a hot cup of tea, which helps during the long afternoons. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big advertisements. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure they get to where they’re going in one piece. We just want to get through the day and get the work done right.
