Rfc Industries

Rfc Industries occupies Plot No. 830/18 and 19 over in the GIDC Mega Estate. Having two plots gives us a bit more breathing room than some of our neighbors, but it also means there is more floor to sweep at the end of the day. We use one area mostly for storage and the other for the actual production work. It’s a busy environment. There is always the sound of something humming or clanging in the background. We don’t have a fancy front entrance or a sign out front. If you come by, you just walk through the main gate and find us in the back. The workers here have been with us for a good while. We don't really go for all those modern management styles you hear about in the news. We just talk to each other and fix problems as they pop up. Sometimes a machine acts up, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it. The GIDC Mega Estate is a massive place, so we try to keep our own little corner organized. Our desks are covered in papers and old coffee mugs, which is just how we like it. It shows we’re actually working. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar and a list of things to finish before the weekend. It’s just a regular business trying to stay busy and do right by the people we work with.
