You can find us at Plot No: 778/1 inside the GIDC Mega Estate. Panoli Intermediates (india) Ltd. has been operating from this same building for a long time. It’s a big industrial zone, so there is always noise and trucks moving around. We deal with chemical intermediates, which means there are always tanks and pipes to look after. It’s not the cleanest work, and you definitely need to wear your boots every day. The estate is huge, and sometimes it’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where you’re going. We have a routine here that starts early in the morning and doesn't really stop until late. Every person on the team has a specific part of the process they handle. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a pump or a valve. It’s just part of the life in a chemical plant. We don't have any fancy showrooms or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. The air usually smells like whatever we are working on that day. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local team. Most of the people working here live just a short drive away. We just focus on getting the drums filled and keeping the equipment running without too much trouble. It's a lot of monitoring gauges and checking valves to make sure everything is flowing like it's supposed to.
