Kaushal Kishore Agro Private Limited

Our business is run by Kaushal Kishore Singh, who is the son of Nand Kishore. We are right here in the village of Shahar Telpa, which is part of the Karpi block in the Arwal area. This part of Bihar is mostly farmland as far as you can see. We decided to set up this agro company to handle the local produce and help out with the farming needs around here. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing team. Most people in the village just know us by name and stop by when they need something. The office is really just a part of the family home where we keep the records and handle the money. It's a quiet life for the most part, though things get very busy during the sowing and harvest seasons. Arwal can be a tough place with the heat, but we are used to it by now. We aren't trying to be a big company. We are just local folks working with what we have. A lot of the people who help us out are neighbors or relatives. We spend a lot of time discussing the weather and how the crops are looking this year. Sometimes the roads make it hard to get things moved, but we find a way. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have any big missions or grand plans, we just want to keep the business going and help our local area stay productive. We understand how important it is to just be there when people need help.
