Srijaan Jeevika Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is based out of Mohaniya Road. If you know where the LIC office is in this area, we are right near it, on the second floor of Narendra Tiwari's place. It’s in Ward number 11. Climbing those stairs every day keeps us busy, especially when the weather is hot and the fan isn't working right. The office is simple, just some desks and some files stacked everywhere. We started this because the women farmers in this part of the district needed a way to organize things better than before. Most of us come from farming backgrounds, so we understand how the seasons go and what to expect from the soil. It gets really busy during harvest time, and the office is usually full of people coming in to update their records or ask questions about the next crop. Outside, the road can be quite noisy with the traffic going towards the main part of town. We often have tea while we figure out the plans for the next week. It’s not a corporate setup at all; it’s just a place for us to meet and talk about our work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around for a long time to get things done on the computer. We don't use big words or fancy presentations to explain things to our members. We just look at the numbers and the crops. It’s a practical way to handle the business side of farming.
