Green Chillies

Green Chillies is located at Plot 27 in the Jayprakash Housing Society, right off Dharangutti Road. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly houses and small businesses like ours. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. We aren't a big food chain or anything like that. We started this because we liked the idea of having a local spot where things feel a bit more personal. The kitchen isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once and the stove is going full blast. We don't use fancy ingredients from far away; we just get what’s available and try to make it taste good. The menu isn't very long, and sometimes we run out of things if it’s been a busy morning. We don't have a professional decorator, so the place looks a bit plain, but it’s clean and it works for us. We do a lot of the cleaning ourselves after we close up for the night. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We don't spend money on ads or social media stuff. Most people just see the sign when they're driving down Dharangutti Road and decide to stop in. We’re just regular people making food for other regular people. It’s not complicated, and we like it that way.
