Just 4 U Tours

Our office is on the first floor at A-128 in the District Centre. It’s a busy building and there’s always people walking up and down the stairs. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of maps taped to the walls. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or checking computer screens for bus and train timings. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, especially during the holiday season. We started Just 4 U Tours because we liked traveling ourselves, so now we just help others figure out their own trips. We handle a lot of paperwork and sometimes the printer acts up right when we need to hand over a ticket. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we usually grab a drink when things get too hectic. The furniture is getting a bit old, but it works fine for what we need. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People just come in, sit down in one of the plastic chairs, and tell us where they want to go. We write everything down in a notebook first before typing it up. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings for the next day. The commute to the District Centre isn't too bad for us, which helps. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving through all the phone calls.
