Shiv Bricks

The name of our place is Shiv Bricks and you can find us near the Bus Station in Raipur. It is usually a very busy area with all the people coming and going from the buses. You can hear the engines idling and the conductors shouting all day long. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The yard stays pretty dusty because of the traffic and the work we do. We have been sitting here for a good while now. Most days I am just standing by the gate or checking on the rows of bricks we have stacked up. It gets really hot in Raipur during the summer months and that makes the work a bit slower for everyone. We have some shade under a corrugated roof where we keep the records and a few plastic chairs. The trucks come in through the main road and it gets a bit tight with the traffic from the bus station nearby. Sometimes we have to wait for the road to clear before we can move anything. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don't really have any fancy signs. Just the stacks of bricks and the red dust on the ground. Most people who live around here know where we are because of the landmark. We just keep doing our thing every day and watching the buses go by.
