Sribangarusrimithra Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at Hno 2-14/1 in the village of Venchiryal. It’s a quiet place, mostly surrounded by fields and a few other houses. We started this because we realized that by coming together, we could handle the business of farming much better than if we stayed separate. Most of us have been farming in Venchiryal our whole lives. We know which parts of the land are good and which parts need more work. Our office at 2-14/1 is where we keep our tools, some supplies, and the books that tell us how we’re doing. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy sign out front. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us there, maybe checking the equipment or talking to a supplier on the phone. We don't use corporate talk because it doesn't fit who we are. We’re just local farmers trying to make sure our families are taken care of. Sometimes we have a bad season, and we just have to lean on each other to get through it. That’s the real reason for this company. It’s about being friends and neighbors who happen to work the same soil and share the same worries. We keep our boots by the door and our minds on the next crop, hoping for good rain.
