Kishan Rice Cultivation

Kishan Rice Cultivation is based out of 104, Kadapagandi Tanda in Jangam. It’s mostly just us working out here in the fields every day. Farming rice takes a lot of time and patience, and that is what we do. The weather in Jangam can be a bit tough sometimes, but we just keep going because the rice needs to grow. It is not a fancy operation or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings out there checking the water and making sure everything looks right. People around here know where we are because it’s a small place. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are long, especially when the harvest comes around. You have to be ready for whatever comes up. We just focus on the cultivation part. There isn’t much else to it besides the soil and the seeds. If you come by Kadapagandi Tanda, you will see the fields stretched out. It is quiet work for the most part. We don't have a big office or anything, just the work site. Sometimes the tools break and we have to fix them ourselves right there. That’s just how life is when you are working with rice. It is honest work and we try to do it right every single season. We stay busy with the cycles of the moon and the rain. It’s just how things go for us here.
