The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our equipment and handle the daily solutions work. It’s not a polished corporate environment with glass walls. It is more of a practical space where we can focus. Puraniganj is a busy enough area so there is always something going on outside. We have been at Girija Sadan for a while and the locals know the building. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our thing. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, which is just part of life here in Bihar, but we always find a way to keep things moving. We value the fact that we can work in our own town. It feels honest to be here. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls.
