We are located in Sonari Kagal Nagar, right near Moni Baba and across from Awas Tower. It’s a bit of a long name for the location, but if you’re from around here, you know exactly where that is. Manish Property Dealers And Motor Services is what we do. We handle two different things really. One side is helping people find houses or land, and the other is dealing with cars and bikes. It keeps us busy because there’s always someone looking for a place to live or needing their engine checked. The office is a bit of a mix. You might see property papers on one desk and some motor parts on a shelf nearby. We like the variety. Sonari is a good neighborhood, and being near Moni Baba means there’s always people walking past. We don’t put on airs. We just talk to people like neighbors. If someone needs a rental or a repair, they stop by. We’ve been here a long time, so we know the local market and we know our way around a motor. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a place where work gets done. Sometimes the floor is a bit oily from the motor side, and sometimes the phone won’t stop ringing about a flat for rent. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a family-run kind of feel. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. We just do the job and stay busy.
