Agarwal Tour Travel

Our office is right on Bistupur Main Road in the Aditya Tower building. If you have ever been to this part of town you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people walking by. We have a couple of old desks and some computers that take a while to start up in the morning. My brother and I run the place and we mostly spend our time on the phone talking to bus operators and train booking agents. There are posters of different cities on the walls but they are a bit faded now because of the sun coming through the window every afternoon. We help people figure out how to get from one place to another without spending too much money. It is not always easy because flights get cancelled and trains are often full during the holidays. We have a small teapot in the corner and we usually offer a cup to anyone who comes in to book a trip. The internet can be slow sometimes which makes it hard to confirm tickets quickly while the customer is waiting. We do not have a big staff just us and a boy who runs errands and takes documents to the courier office. People come to us because we have been here for years and they know where to find us. It is a lot of looking at schedules and trying to make things work for families.
