I run my business, S S Rao, out of the Mango area in Jamshedpur. It’s a 831012 zip code and it’s a pretty busy part of the city. We have been set up here for a while now. It isn't a massive office or anything like that, just a functional space where we get our work done every day. Jamshedpur is a big town but Mango feels a bit more local, like everyone kind of knows each other or at least knows the landmarks. We don't really go for big displays or loud signs. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, sort through what needs to be done, and talk to whoever walks in. It can be a bit slow some afternoons when the sun is really beating down, but then it picks up again in the evening. We don't use any complicated systems, just the basic stuff to keep things moving along. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit in Jamshedpur. It’s a decent place to work and the people around Mango are generally alright. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be honest about what we can do. It's just a regular local operation for the community here.
