Our office is in Vijay Nagar, Agrico, which is a familiar part of Jamshedpur for most people around here. Being in a steel city, there’s always an industrial vibe in the air. Our building at 63/C is a straightforward place where we handle our engineering business. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper; it’s just a solid, practical building that has stood the test of time. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s names and how we take our tea. The daily routine is pretty standard. We get in, check the messages, and start working through the construction schedules. Jamshedpur has a way of keeping you busy, and our neighborhood in Agrico is no exception. There’s a lot of activity on the streets, but once you’re inside, we focus on the technical drawings and the logistics of our projects. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just speak plainly about what needs to be fixed or built. The desks are usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups. We like it that way because it feels like a real workspace where things actually get done. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, but usually, we just get straight to the point. It’s an honest day’s work in a city that respects hard labor. We’ve been part of this community for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
