Pioneer Infotech is located on L-road in Bistupur, right near the Lal Bungalow. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so we don’t usually have to give long directions. This part of Bistupur is always moving, with cars and people everywhere. Our office reflects that energy a bit, but we try to keep things orderly inside. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a practical space. We have our workstations set up where it makes sense, not necessarily where they look the best. There is always the sound of keyboards and maybe a radio playing softly in the background. We aren't big on formal meetings or long presentations. If something needs to be discussed, we just stand around one of the desks and talk it through. Lal Bungalow is a good landmark for us. It feels like we are in the heart of things here. We deal with all sorts of people who come through the door. Some are in a hurry, others want to sit and talk for twenty minutes. We accommodate both. Working in Bistupur means you have to be ready for anything. We don’t pretend to be a giant multinational. We are just a local tech business that knows the streets of Jamshedpur well. We take pride in just being here, day in and day out, doing the work without much fuss or fanfare. It is just a group of us trying to make a living and help out whoever stops by.
