Maa Gayatri Mobile and Accessories is located right on the Main Road, very close to the Bank of India. It is a busy spot, so there is always someone popping in for a new screen guard or to ask why their phone will not charge anymore. We do both sales and service, but a lot of our time is spent hunched over a workbench with tiny screwdrivers. The Main Road location is great because almost everyone passes by eventually. We are not a big corporate chain at all. It is just us, a couple of glass counters, and a whole lot of phone boxes piled up. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but we manage to make it work. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. If a phone is broken, we just tell you if we can fix it or if it is finally time for a new one. Being near the Bank of India helps people find our door easily. We have seen the technology change so much over the years, from the old button phones to the touchscreens everyone carries now. We just keep up with it as best we can. It is a local shop for local people. No fancy uniforms or rehearsed speeches, just some practical help for your mobile. That is how we have always done things here on the Main Road.
