We are over in Jamshedpur at Block No 02 in Shastrinagar. The address is H/No 359 if you’re trying to find us. It’s a quiet enough part of Kadma, and we’ve been here for a bit. Jamshedpur is a steel town, so everyone around here knows what hard work looks like. We aren't any different. This branch of Larsen & Toubro Ltd is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than an industrial zone. It makes for a nice change of pace. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee, and that’s about all we need to get through the queue of tasks. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and serves its purpose. We don't really spend time making things look pretty for visitors because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. You’ll find us arguing over blueprints or checking schedules most of the time. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the neighbors and the street noise, but it keeps us grounded. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. Our team simply shows up, does the engineering or the admin work, and goes home. Jharkhand is a good place to be for this kind of industry, and being in Kadma feels right for us. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We take things as they come and just keep working.
