We’ve been here in Jamshedpur for a while now, tucked away in the Kailash building over at Vijay Heritage. Most people know the Uliyan Road area, it's usually pretty busy with traffic and folks going about their day. Our office is specifically in Phase 4 of the complex. We do engineering work, mostly consulting on different projects that come our way throughout the year. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes, but inside we just focus on the drawings and all the calculations. It's not a fancy glass skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular workplace where we get things done without much fuss. Some of the staff have been living in Kadma for years, so we know the neighborhood quite well. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up for a bit, but we always manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Jharkhand, we are just trying to do our jobs right every day. We handle a lot of technical stuff that might seem a bit boring to others, like structural details and site planning. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks with a lot of coffee and stacks of papers. If you're walking down Uliyan Road, you might see our sign. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We don't have a big reception area or a lobby filled with plants. It’s just an office where people work hard.
