Janta Medical

Our shop is located right on Road No. 3 in the Shastrinagar area of Kadma. It’s a decent spot here in Jamshedpur, mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. Janta Medical has been part of this street for some time now. It is not a big corporate pharmacy, just a local place where you can get your prescriptions filled without too much trouble. Usually, the day starts early with cleaning the counters and checking the fridge temperatures for the medicines and all that. It gets a bit busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. They stop by to get things for their kids or their elderly parents. We try to keep the shelves stocked with the basics. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific brand right away, but we do what we can to get it by the next day. The traffic on Road No. 3 is usually okay, but it gets cramped when everyone parks their scooters outside the door. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just walk in. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose well enough for us. We have a few chairs inside if someone needs to sit for a minute while we look for their medicine. It is a simple life running a shop in Shastrinagar. You get to know the families and what they usually need. That’s just the way it is here.
