Our workplace is located over in Jamshedpur, specifically in the New Baradwari area of Sakchi. We are set up at C/O Bn Pandey, at number 11, which is a spot that most people in this part of Jharkhand can find without too much trouble. Jamshedpur is a city built on industry, so being here for mechatronics work feels right. The neighborhood around Sakchi is always bustling with people and there is a lot of energy in the streets every single day. We are not some big corporate entity with a massive skyscraper. Instead, we have a more modest setup that fits the local vibe of the city. We spend our hours dealing with the technical side of things, looking at equipment and managing the day-to-day tasks that come with mechatronics. The building is older and has that solid feel you get with a lot of the constructions around here. Mail comes in, we handle the orders, and we talk to the people who drop by. It can get pretty humid in this part of the country, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too sticky outside. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the Baradwari streets. It is just a regular group of us trying to keep things moving and doing our jobs in a city that never really stops working.
