Our facility for Indus Sagar Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Village Tiring, which is part of the Hata area in East Simbu district. We are right near Chota Nagpur College, so we see a lot of students walking by or hanging out near the shops during the day. Jamshedpur isn’t too far off, but out here in the village, things move at a bit of a slower pace. The plot is number 282, and it’s a pretty large space where we handle all our beverage production. Being out in the village means we have a bit more room to breathe than we would in the city. The air feels a little different here, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the machines start up. Most of the people who work here come from the surrounding villages. We’ve all known each other for a long time, so it feels more like a small community than just a regular workplace. Sometimes the roads can be a bit rough, especially when it rains during the monsoon season, but we manage to get our supplies in and out. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just focus on making sure the bottles are filled and the crates are loaded onto the trucks. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way for years now. It’s just how things are done here in Tiring.
