Associate Engineers

You can find Associate Engineers over in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. Our shop is number 5 in the Ghaji Bakhsh Complex, which is on Azad Nagar. We are tucked in behind the Union Bank and pretty close to Gandhi Maidan. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so we see all kinds of people coming and going throughout the day. Our office isn’t very large, it’s mostly just enough space for our equipment and a couple of desks. We do a lot of technical work, so there are usually bits of hardware or measuring tools lying around on the benches. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because we are always busy with something, but we know where everything is. Being near the bank is handy for us, and the landmark of Gandhi Maidan helps people find us when they are coming from other parts of Jamshedpur. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or high-end office furniture. We’d rather just have good tools and a solid roof over our heads. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the Azad Nagar area. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. It’s a simple operation and that’s how we like to keep it.
