Ass Project Engineer

People around Baridih know us as the Ass Project Engineer crew. Our workspace is at Qr No. -L6-71 in the Baridih Tube Colony area of Jamshedpur. It’s basically a converted residential spot, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, some filing cabinets that don't always close right, and a few old chairs. Since we are in a colony, it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center, which helps when we need to focus. You can hear the neighbors occasionally, but it’s mostly just birds and the sound of the ceiling fan. We spend a lot of hours here tracking projects and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and then we just order some food from the place around the corner. Jamshedpur is a town where everyone knows about engineering, so we fit right in. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move everything out of the way yet. We focus more on the screens and the papers in front of us. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working through tasks one by one. There’s a small garden out front that someone tries to keep tidy, but the heat usually gets the better of it. We often talk about the local football matches or what’s happening at the market over our lunch break.
