Vishalnarwal Properties Private Limited is based in Rohtak, over at Suncity A-18 in Sector-36. It’s a quiet residential and commercial area that we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. Our office isn't some high-rise suite with a view. It’s just a practical space where we handle all our property business. We spend most of our time dealing with plots and houses around Rohtak. The office is usually filled with the sound of the phone ringing or us discussing local land prices. We aren't a big, polished firm with a marketing team and fancy brochures. It’s just us working directly with people who need help with real estate. We know Sector-36 and the surrounding areas very well because we’re here every single day. Sometimes we’re out in the field looking at sites, and other times we’re at the office finishing up the necessary paperwork. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we manage to stay on top of things. We don't use any fancy language or make grand claims. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. If someone is looking for a place to build a home, we show them what we have in Suncity or nearby areas. It’s a simple way of doing things. We’ve lived and worked in Rohtak for a long time, so we just stick to what we know. The office is a bit lived-in, but it’s where all the work happens.
