Jay Ambe Estate

Jay Ambe Estate is located at Plot No. 309, right by the Vishal Chokdared area in the Gidc. We deal with property and industrial spaces around here. Since we are based right in the Gidc, we see firsthand how the local businesses are doing. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, some maps of the local plots, and a few old chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks, looking at buildings, and talking to factory owners about what they need. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't use big words or try to sell people on things they don't need. If a warehouse has a leaky roof or the electricity is patchy, we just say it like it is. People appreciate the honesty because they’re usually just looking for a place to get their own work done. The area around Vishal Chokdared is always moving, with people coming and going at all hours. We’ve been part of this landscape for a good while now, so we know which plots are good and which ones have issues with the drainage or the access roads. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being in the middle of all the industrial activity. We just try to help people find a spot that works for their budget and their business without making the process harder than it has to be.
