Neha Plastic

Our workshop, Neha Plastic, is located at Shed No. 12/A in the GIDC Shanker Tekri area. We are right in the middle of Udyognagar, not far from the Kirti Way Bridge on Indira Marg. Being near the bridge makes it simple for people to find us in this busy part of Jamnagar. The area is filled with the sounds of manufacturing, which is something we have lived with for years. Inside our shed, we have the machines running most of the day. It can get quite loud and the smell of warm plastic is always in the air. We have stacks of raw materials and finished goods piled up along the walls. The floor is made of old concrete and it has some cracks, but it serves us well enough. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the machines inside and out. Our days are spent making sure everything is running smoothly and that we do not have any downtime. We usually have a quick chat and a laugh during our breaks to keep things from getting too dull. The sunlight comes in through the high windows and lights up the dust in the air. It is a humble place, but it is where we spend most of our lives. We have been part of the Udyognagar community for a long time and we like it here.
